TRENCH, WRAP DRESS: (c/o) Dynamite Clothing/SNEAKERS: Lacoste/EARRINGS: love these! Ahhhh, fall is officially in the air in South Florida, and winter (aka “season”) is right around the corner, so I’d say today is the perfect day to show off my new red trench from Dynamite Clothing! In case you forgot the check the weather forecast, today will be in the high 80s… low 70s. #swoon So while it isn’t exactly “cool” enough (by Northern standards) to wear a trench coat in Florida, I’m still a big fan of them after spending a month or two up north while I was in college. Before blogging, I owned one trench. It was practical and perfect. I still have it in storage and wear it occasionally. Since then, I’ve been very fortunate to create my own collection that I wear every time it cools down to 70 in Florida I travel. Since I have a few, I opted for a statement trench this season – something slightly different than your everyday beige trench. I love this one because (believe it or not) the color is super versatile right now, very polished and sophisticated. Anything you wear with it will look great, including a simple wrap dress and white sneakers, as pictured today… My trench is an XXS and my dress is an XS, which is snug and somewhat on the shorter side. If you’re tall, size up for the dress. If you’re short, stick to your true size. And the price points? I got you. Fortunately, this trench (and dress – 25% off) are reasonably priced because of Thanksgiving markdowns (like 30% off blouses… but one pair of leggings, get the other 50% off). And yes, I’m wearing white sneakers again because I’m trying really hard to “take it down a notch,” as mentioned in my post last week, and be casual. Yes, it’s unusual for me but I’ve also been super comfortable lately! Are you into it? (If not, wear these socks with black heels for a chic alternative.) As always, shop some of my favorite trenches below! Xo, Stephanie — Turn on your JavaScript to view content — P.S.: I’m off to Houston today to visit my family! Even though I will be posting looks from Florida (a girl’s gotta take a break!), I will be regularly updating my IG Stories (at least I’ll try) from Houston. My boyfriend seems to think we will be watching baseball the entire time – when let’s be real… we’ll probably be visiting the Oscar de la Renta exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts and shopping at The Galleria. #compromises P.S.S.: And yes, he’s meeting the family for the first time. 🙂 [Chelsae Anne | Photography] (Thank you Dynamite Clothing for sponsoring this post!)
I’m impressed, I must say. Really not often do I encounter a blog that’s each educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, you have got hit the nail on the head. Your idea is outstanding; the problem is one thing that not enough individuals are speaking intelligently about. I’m very completely satisfied that I stumbled across this in my search for one thing relating to this. https://www.texasinmateweddings.com Reply
