For the price of one or two outfits from a fast fashion store, you could buy a dress you love and that will last you for years to come. I’m not suggesting you ditch fast fashion or shell out $500 for a plain white t-shirt, but I do think you should buy pieces you can always count on when you need to look chic (i.e. date night, holiday work party, girl’s getaway, etc.) For this reason, today’s look from Parker New York is one of my all-time favorites because this brand makes well-made pieces that are worth it (and at, accessible price points!) – items that never go out of style and that are easy to wear. Whether it’s a “little black (leather) dress,” a dress for the holidays, fur vest or classic leather pants, I guarantee you that each item from Parker, you’ll wear over and over again and with confidence. This dress (no tailoring needed) can be worn to cocktail parties, meetings (with a black blazer) and to holiday events. The second I slipped into it, I felt beautiful, composed and very chic. It felt right and the quality was outstanding. I styled it with high heels, a black satchel and an oversized cocktail ring for a look that’s both chic and subtlety sexy. Lately, I have a weak spot for leather jackets and this one… makes my heart skip a beat. Before you look at the price tag, hear me out (because it’s amazing and definitely an item that merits your hard earned cash!). A leather jacket can be worn with skirts, silks, stripes, black jeans, casual t-shirts, leather boots, sneakers, a “little (green) dress”… the list goes on and on. It’s WORTH it. They look good with everything no matter what kind of style you’re drawn to. They’re also seasonless, last forever, look good on everyone and travel well. I’m normally a believer in brown or black, but this alternative color is gorgeous. Since it’s green, it acts as a neutral (in fall and winter) style staple because it can go with both brown and black. It looks tough yet it’s made from the most supple, soft leather. And the detailing! Can we talk about those zippers, that belt, and the stitching? AMAZING! Scroll down for more… Share your thoughts on tonight’s looks below! And as always, thanks for stopping by!
